Smart farmers pack their biggest potatoes in paper bags reinforced with BAFA® laid scrims. Whenever paper or other packaging has to carry heavy contents, BAFA® laid scrims provide the necessary reinforcement. They stabilise the shape of the packaging and make paper tear- and puncture-resistant.
These properties also benefit bubble wrap, envelopes, anti-corrosion paper and water-activated gummed tape. And, of course, BAFA® laid scrims are also used in cartons.
