Since 1959, BAFATEX has stood for expertise and innovation in laid scrims. The company’s roots go back even further: in 1954, founder W. Bellingroth developed a pioneering process in which warp and weft yarns are not mechanically interlaced but laid flat on top of each other and fixed at the crossover points by an adhesive bond.
This invention gave rise to a specialist company that still stands for high-quality technical textile solutions made in Germany.
